Ingredients | Quantity |

Whole wheat bread or gluten free bread | 2 slices |
Banana | 5 small slices |
Peanut butter | 3 TBS |
Directions:
- Lightly toast the bread in a toaster oven or on a skillet
- Begin by laying out the bread
- Spread the Peanut butter on one side & the jelly on the other ( be generous)
- Place the two pieces of bread together.
- Cut in half and enjoy!
Tips & Tricks:
We LOVE a classic peanut butter and banana sandwich. Be generous with your peanut butter measurements for the best results! This is one of our FAVORITE hiking snacks to pack when we head out for a long hike. Below are a few pictures of us enjoying our favorite snack up in the Adirondack Mountains!
