HARD BOILED EGGS & mixed NUTS
QUICK and EASY snack to grab for those busy afternoons on the go
Gluten Free & Vegetarian
Ingredients | Qty |
---|---|
Eggs | 2 |
Mixed nuts | 1/4 Cup |
Everything Seasoning | 2 tsp |
Water | 1 Cup + |
Directions:
- Place eggs in a medium pot and cover with cold water by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then cover the pot and turn the heat off. Let the eggs cook for 9 to 12 minutes, depending on your liking.
- Transfer the eggs to a bowl of ice water and chill for 14 minutes. This makes the eggs easier to peel. Peel and enjoy!
- Once the eggs are peeled, roll them, dip or sprinkle the everything seasoning on the eggs.
- Pair with 1/4 c of mixed nuts for a satisfying afternoon snack!
