DAIRY FREE TUNA SALAD
This tuna salad is quick lunch option for the whole family to enjoy!
Try it with fresh celery, crackers, on a rice cake, whole wheat, or gluten free bread!
Ingredients:
- 2 cups dry Pasta Shells -gluten free if applicable
- 4 oz can solid white tuna in water
- 2 sprays or 1/2 tsp olive oil
- 1/3 cup dairy free mayo - Hellman's
- 1/2 tsp celery salt
- 1 tsp dry minced onions
- 1 tsp dried parsley
- 1 tsp freeze dried chives
- 2 TBS dried cranberries
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 ribs of celery ( about 1/2 cup) diced
Directions:
- Cook the pasta shells according to package
- Rinse and drain the pasta and return to a large mixing bowl
- Add olive oil, mayo, celery salt, minced onions, parsley, chives, cranberries, pepper, and celery.
- Mix until combined!
- Chill for 20 minutes
