DAIRY FREE BUFFALO SAUCE
The perfect buffalo sauce for ANY dish!
Buffalo Sauce:
- 1/3 C of hot sauce of choice (Frank's Red Hot)
- 1/4c of smart balance original butter ( or other vegan butter of choice)
- 1/8 tsp granulated garlic
- pinch of salt
- 1/2 cup vegan mayo
Directions:
- Melt the butter
- Combine butter, hot sauce, garlic, salt and pepper.
- Enjoy!
Tips/tricks: Store in the fridge for about two weeks and then discard. We love using this buffalo sauce on wraps, and on tofu!
