Cinnamon Vanilla Hot Coffee with Honey
This is our FAVORITE way to make coffee every single morning! It's so delicious.
Ingredients
- 30g ground coffee beans
- 1 tsp honey
- 350ml/g hot water
- 2tbs vanilla silk almond milk creamer
- dash of cinnamon
Directions:
- Boil water
- Add honey to the bottom of a warm mug and set aside
- Add finely ground coffee beans to French press
- Pour 60g of hot water and evenly saturate the coffee grounds
- Gently stir the grounds to ensure all the coffee is immersed
- Wait for the coffee to bloom ( 20seconds )
- Pour the remaining 290g of water in a spiral motion
- Allow the coffee to steep for 3 minutes
- Gently and slowly press the coffee
- Pour into the warm mug that you set aside and stir
- Top with Cinnamon vanilla foam ( see below)
Vanilla Foam:
- Add 2 tbsp of silk almond milk creamer into Milk Frother and a dash of cinnamon ( the one we use is linked)
Tips/Tricks:
We love using whole bean coffee and grinding it fresh every morning. We literally have this coffee EVERY SINGLE morning. Even when we are hiking or camping we still make sure we are able to make some version of our morning brew. We hope you love it as much as we do! We also love perking our coffee on the stove top and topping it with the vanilla foam.
