Ingredients | Quantity |

Whole Wheat Saltines | 5 crackers |
Avocado | 1/2 Sliced |
Salt and Pepper | to taste |
Directions:
- Cut the avocado in half.
- Using a sharp chef's knife, slice through the avocado lengthwise until you feel the knife hit the pit.
- Twist each side to open the avocado and remove the pit.
- If dicing, score the flesh of the avocado without piercing the skin.
- If slicing, scoop out and slice or slice with the skin on and peel the skin away gently.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper!
- Serve on crackers or store in a container and pack this healthy snack to go!
Tips & Tricks: We love packing avocado and cheese slices when we are out for a long hike! This is one our whole family certainly enjoys! We hope you love this simple and quick snack as much as we do!
